Air Pleat AP-8  MERV 8 - Premium Pleated Air Filter 

 Pleat Media – Made with 100% synthetic materials, the AP-8 achieves higher efficiencies with virtually the same static pressure drop as cotton-poly pleats. Synthetic media has an inherent electrostatic charge, aiding in initial efficiency. This ensures performance – right from day one! Coupled with water shedding characteristics inhibiting the growth of mold, the AP-8 is truly the next step in filtration performance. The AP-8 is a MERV 8 filter as based on ASHRAE test 52.2.

 High-Strength Dual Beverage Board Frame – Moisture resistant, high-strength beverage board gives the AP-8 the integrity to stand up to adverse conditions. Under normal operating conditions the AP-8 will not warp or rack. 

Water Repelling Adhesive – As with all of our pleated filters, B.C. Air Filter utilizes only the highest quality adhesive for construction of the AP-8. Adhesive is applied to the entire surface of the die cut to ensure a good bond to the media pack at all points.

That is why we carry or manufacture seven different styles and configurations of pleated air filters, including Standard & High Capacity models of the AP-8. The AP-8 is available 

in 1”, 2”, and 4” depths.
